Shipping Policy:

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. However, please contact us directly if you're interested in international shipping, and we'll be happy to explore options and costs with you.
Missing Packages: We are not responsible for theft from porch thieves, neighbors, or relatives. If a package is missing, please contact your post office, they have GPS tracking all the way to your door.
Return & Refund Policy:
Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Breakage Policy:
While we take great care in packaging, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping. We offer a replacement or repair policy for any items that arrive broken.
What Constitutes "Broken": An item is considered "broken" if it has significant cracks, chips, or breaks that render it unusable as intended. Minor cosmetic imperfections are not considered breakage under this policy.
Initiating a Breakage Claim: If your item arrives broken, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at luckyarrowdesignsllc@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will promptly arrange for a free replacement or repair, depending on the nature of the damage.
Please Note: Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.
